Five years inside accounting firms showed me exactly what wastes time — SPED reconciliation, payroll mapping, government portal submissions, certificate tracking. I build the systems that eliminate it.
What I do
- Automate repetitive processes
- SPED validation, government portal submissions, NFSe downloads, certificate scanning. Processes that repeat monthly for dozens or hundreds of companies — running automatically instead of manually.
- Connect disconnected systems
- Payroll to accounting. Legacy ERPs to modern databases. Firebird to PostgreSQL. Data that should flow automatically but requires someone to move it by hand.
- Build compliance tooling
- Digital certificates, EFD-Reinf, operating permits, CNDs. Operational software with tracking, alerting, audit trails — replacing spreadsheets that break when someone forgets to update them.
- Replace spreadsheet workflows
- When the process outgrew Excel but doesn't justify enterprise software. I build the tool that fits the actual problem, used by the people who do the work.
